Consisting of a Sunday Convention open to all and then the BIG party at Club Fangtasia with both general and VIP sections!

Wow, I'm tired just thinking about how big this day is going to be!

With Q&A sessions, photo sessions, autograph sessions, trivia sessions and party, this is a rare opportunity to spend time with some of our favourite people from this amazing show.

Kristin, Tara, Kevin and Lauren will be there live for people to talk to and ask all those questions you just have to have answered.

How To Purchase

To order tickets, simply click the name of the ticket you want, this will open an email addressed to us.

All you need to do is include your name, phone number and how many tickets you want.

We will then send you a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase and payment options.

F.A.Q.

To try and cut off all the emails about the convention, here is a brief run down on some of the answers.

You will find these will work for about 95% of all Australian conventions.

 

1. How do I buy tickets?

Email us with the following information: name, address, phone number, Type & Qty of tickets, How you would like to pay

To get the special Fan Club price, you will have to have your membership card with you on the day as proof or you will be asked to pay the extra $.

2. What Payment options are there?

You can pay with credit card, cheque, money order or direct deposit. Just confirm via email first as above

3. When will my tickets arrive?

They won't!

We have never posted tickets before and everything works fine. Everything is collected at the door on the day.

Don't worry, everything is well organised and processing your admission at the door is easiest all round.

4. What are "Standard Costs"?

At any event in the country you will pay for guest autographs and photo ops.

They are usually $40 for an autograph (and include the 8x10 photo) and $40-$60 for your photo with the guest.

The photo ops are printed and returned to you within a few minutes.

5. Will there be merchandise available on the day?

Yes, as well as 8x10 pictures to have signed, there will be a full selection of Horror and general Science Fiction merchandise available for purchase through our retailing friends GIFTS FOR THE GEEK & Flaming Star Collectibles & Go Figure Collectables

6. What happens if guests doesn't come?

We will try to replace with an equivalent guest (as long as there is enough notice). All contracts with appearances are commitments and health pending.

So if a job comes up then he can cancel. But we won't simply replace a large guest with someone who got turned into a zombie back in a 1972 B-Grade.

If a lead actor pulls out, we would replace with a lead actor or someone equally appealing to the masses.

In the event of a full event cancellation, then 100% refunds are offered.

Guests cancelling, something coming up, no longer wanting to go or us postponing the event are not reasons for refunds, please don't ask as refusal often offends.

7. I've never been to a convention before, how can I trust you?

First Contact Conventions has been around for 8 years running events and I (Scotty) am very well known by all the major fan clubs.

Please fell free to ask any of them for a reference.

I also run the ARMAGEDDON Multimedia Expo in which caters to over 17,000 fans over 2 days.

 

 


All announced guests are confirmed (contracts signed), acting commitments pending. Refunds cannot be given if a particular guest does not attend, however First Contact Conventions will always provide a replacement guest if there is sufficient notice.

If First Contact Conventions cancels the convention, all payments will be refunded or at your request transferred to another convention.
